Shipping / Returns / Exchanges
BLANC & ECLARE offers free shipping via SF-EXPRESS to Greater China Region and DHL and EMS to rest of countries in approximately 5-7 working days if product is in stock. Some regions may require a 10% international tax. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, SF-EXPRESS will send a message to your mobile and DHL and EMS will leave contact information to arrange a second delivery.
Returns / Exchanges
You may return any product ordered on the blancgroup.com website for refund or exchange within ten (10) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in new and unworn condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
To exchange a product, please contact customer service at email@example.com. You may exchange the product for another item of equal or greater value within ten (10) days of delivery. Items may only be exchanged once.
Please be advised that return costs will be borne by the customer unless the reason for return is damaged merchandise or an incorrectly processed order. To return a product, please complete and enclose the return/exchange form included with your shipment (available for download on this page) along with the original invoice. Securely repackage your item. We recommend selecting an insured and trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the product until it is returned back to BLANC & ECLARE. BLANC & ECLARE does not take title to any returned products until they are received by us.
BLANC & ECLARE offers free shipping on orders totaling over $200 USD, however if an item is returned resulting in a total transaction less than $200, a $30 shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Swimwear, cosmetics, and sale merchandise are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, credit, or exchange, unless the reason for return is damaged or defective merchandise, or an incorrectly processed order.
BLANC & ECLARE reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the items do not meet the policy requirements, or have been returned beyond the return/exchange period of 10 calendar days.
