Q. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

A. No, you can shop at BLANC & ECLARE without creating an account. But if you register, you can:

- track your orders and review past purchases

- save your address and card details for the next time you make a purchase

 

Q. What are your shipping methods?

A. BLANC & ECLARE offers free shipping via SF-EXPRESS, EMS or DHL in approximately 5-7 working days if product is in stock.

 

Q. Do I need to pay any customs/duty/VAT taxes?

A. Some regions may require a 10% international tax when making a purchase. For all other regions, BLANC & ECLARE will assume all shipping and customs-related fees. 

 

Q. What are your return and exchange policies?

A. Returns

You may return any product ordered on the www.blancgroup.com website for refund or exchange within ten (10) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please include the original invoice in the return. 

Please be advised that return costs will be borne by the customer unless the reason for return is damaged merchandise or an error on our part .To return a product, please complete and enclose the return/exchange form included with your shipment. Securely repackage your item. We recommend selecting an insured shipping or postage method as you are responsible for the product until it is return back to BLANC Group Hong Kong. BLANC Group does not take title to any returned products until they are received by us.

 

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please contact customer service at info@blancgroup.com . If you received an item as a gift from www.blancgroup.com, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within ten (10) days of delivery. You, the gift recipient, must pay the difference in price.

Q. How do I cancel my order?

A. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@blancgroup.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but in some case we will be unable to cancel orders, such as orders that have already shipped. 

 

Q. What is your eyewear warranty?

A. BLANC & ECLARE eyewear is offered with a 45 days manufacturer’s warranty from invoice date against any manufacturer’s defects. Abused eyewear will not be returned.

 

Q. What forms of payment are accepted?

A. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover , Union Pay and Alipay

 

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

A. If you have registered, you can follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account.
